Between egg and hen, which one come first? ONLY ALLAH KNOWS BEST. This is not what I'm trying to discuss here but as usual, just want to share my hobby here, cook and eat!
It's quite difficult for me to share my recipe here because I always cook without using the accurate amount of ingredient. I just like to throw whatever I like in that 'kuali'. So, just use this recipe as your guideline (Biasalah, tukang masak tak bertauliah)

INGREDIENTS
eggs
dried chilli peppers
onions
garlics
ginger
cinnamon
star anise
chilli powder
salt and sugar
DIRECTION
1. Boil the eggs in salted water. Then fry them in shallow oil to make them slightly crusty.
2. Mince onions, garlics, ginger and dried chilli peppers with water in food processor. Heat the oil and fry all those ingredients till it turns dark red.
3. Add in cinnamon and star anise with sugar and salt. Put the boiled eggs altogether and stir. Now, it's ready to be served!
It is pretty nice if we serve it with nasi lemak kukus. Yumie...
