I got something to share here. Even it's just merely verbal exercise but as long as it can unwind ourselves, why not we have a try. It is known as TONGUE TWISTER. Actually, Allah has designed our tongue with stretchable and flexible muscle cells so that it can be used properly in our daily life. Though it is pretty small, but its vitality is undeniable.
Let me illustrate you in just a simple way. Pronounce 'I love you' without using the tongue. Can you do so? How can we communicate and express our feeling without tongue? Is our life will be as meaningful as now? Of course 90% not! Next word, try to pronounce 'Basmallah' correctly, again without tongue (Our mouth will become full with air, maybe...) In fact, tongue is essential in digestive system where it will mix our chewed food with our saliva and forms bolus (solid food) through its muscle cells' antagonistic movement. PRAISE BE TO ALLAH THE SUPREME, every single creation brings meaning and function in our lives.
